posted: 26 February 2010
Hi there everyone,
VOLUNTEERS
URGENTLY NEEDED!
We are looking for a few good men,
women, boys and girls to assist in the running of Round Four of the
TriShave Sydney Triathlon Series - Kurnell, this Saturday and Sunday -
the day is also the 2010 NSW Sprint Championships
If you are able to
assist, please sign on at the VOLUNTER heading of the TNSW website at
www.trinswrace.com and we'll see you on Sunday (after first getting back
to you Friday with positions and timing for Sunday...) There's a
volunteer package for all volunteers... including meals, drink, a tee
shirt, and a luck draw that's just for you - on the day, drawn at the
official presentation....,
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!! WE NEED YOU!
After the dangerous conditions that faced us for the cancelled
race three, the Kurnell area is again dry and thanks to council event
the road works have been completed. TriShave Sydney Triathlon
Series/NSW Sprint Championships, is
set to take place in Kurnell at Botany Bay National Park this coming
Sunday, February 28th
Once again the field is full so we are now looking for some great
volunteers so we might make the day and the event an even better
expereince for those competing. If you'[ve already signed on as a
volunteer; thank you so much! If you've volunteered before and would
like to do so again, please sign on at the Volunteer Sign on at
www.trinswrace.org and follow the top headings right to VOLUNTEERS.
The areas we need covered are listed below as is a map
of the immediate area.
As usual, a huge vote
of thanks to Hills club who have already volunteered for
registration pack packing.
While most
volunteer positions are for a maximum of an hour and a half to two
hours Sunday, there's an opening for a few people to assist on Saturday
as well - if you are able to do so please contact me directly on 02
8668 5054 or 0412 228 409 opr email me on nick@trinswrace.org if I'm
tied up in some other aspect of getting the event (and that can happen
easily right now...)
Volunteering gives you a
chance to get right up to and into the action!
All our volunteers will receive a breakfast
voucher for the fabulous Cronulla Club Bar BQ (run by club volunteers!),
a t-shirt,
a competitor pack (And we have them!) and parking in the Cricket
Field for those who help out on the day...(and get in really early) ...
Also for
the early risers, bring the Aerogard as I'm sure the mossies will be
out to great us for about 30 mins around daybreak...
VOLUNTEER AWARDS:
And don't
forget that all those who register through our volunteer online
registration and throughout the season and then check in at a race, go
into the hat for an end of season draw of some major goodies (as long
as they actually attend and volunteer at a race or two!) The more
events you assist at, the more chances you have to win!
Please sign on through the
volunteer sign-on atwww.trinswrace.orgif
you
haven't already done so and we'll see you on Sunday, which is
looking warm to hot and fine for the race timing.
